* Intention: Offer what’s complete to the transforming fire.
* How: Morning write 3–5 items to release → light a candle and (safely) burn slips through the day → evening close with gratitude.
* Integration: Name one boundary to protect your release this week.
2) Altar Refresh — Re-root
* Intention: Create a quiet hearth that matches the season.
* How: Clear and reset your altar → candle at center → grounding stone (Star Cluster Aragonite if you have it) → bowl of water for listening → one earth token (leaf/twig/seed) → one symbol of what you’ll cultivate by spring.
* Vow: “I keep a quiet hearth for what is becoming.”
3) Ancestral Honoring — Remember
* Intention: Strengthen roots through gratitude and listening.
* How: Place a photo/name of a beloved ancestor or lineage helper → simple offering (water/flower/food) → name one gift you carry forward → ask for a sign or a dream → sit in quiet for 30–60 seconds.
* Integration: Refresh offerings; journal any nudges or dreams.
